About this listen

These reflections are responses to questions people have asked me throughout my life. Each inquiry was separate and generally sought a specific answer or response. However, these questions often led to discussions on related topics, which sometimes confused the questioners. This confusion was understandable because they were only looking to solve an immediate problem they perceived. At various points, we have all sought answers through science, psychology, philosophy, and the Holy Bible. I always tried to answer these questions as honestly as possible.

Yet, every time I attempted to provide a complete and comprehensive answer, I realized that while my responses were correct, they were often just partial solutions. For example, if you ask me about the ingredients in a cake, I can list them for you. But unless you know the correct proportions, the right way to mix the ingredients, how to portion the batter in the pan, and how to bake it depending on your oven and the required temperature, the information I provide might answer your question but will still be incomplete and flawed.

However, if I write down everything step-by-step and explain the nuances, you will eventually gain the knowledge and experience to do it correctly, even if not immediately, as long as I communicate and document everything accurately and your tools are adequate. With a bit of practice and guidance, you will get it right, and over time, as things change, you will have the experience and knowledge to adapt to new nuances. Our lives, environments, societies, and social structures are no different from a recipe. If we follow this analogy, through experience and practice, we will develop confidence and a better understanding of ourselves, the people around us, and society as a whole. This will lessen the chances of being deceived and going down the wrong path.
