An excellent series, and couldn’t stop listening.

A non stop entertaining series of books, funny and sad with loads of action, and expertly narrated.

Right up my apocalyptic street

Saw this trilogy on the plus catalog and thought I’d give them a go. Wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed all 3 books which I think are quite well written and preformed really well. If you liked The Borrowed World or home you will probably like these. Big thanks to the author and narrator.

Would recommend

Really enjoyed this book. I like an apocalypse book without zombies. Just a group of people fighting to save human kind. Pre warning there are a lot of animal deaths but are vital to the story

Great binge listen

Sometimes you just need to be in the mood for a emp disaster book which is just over the top and written by a male (you can really tell the difference between a male and female author of apocalypse stories). I am not saying that it is bad - I listen to the them both depending on my mood and this one just fitted the box based on my mood. I liked the way it was all in one so I could binge listen.

As others have said trigger warnings re dogs which did make me feel sad and it did work with the story but still.

Good trilogy

This is a good short trilogy that I only started because it was a freebie but I'm glad I did, the first two books are better than the third.
