Nightmare inducing descriptions!
First, any audio that Jim Frangioni read's is bound to be chilling, charming and all out sexy! I love that man's voice!
At first I thought that this audiobook was going to be sappy as, for me, it started off a bit predictable. Even the subject matter seemed unreal and Breezy seemed to jump back into bed with Steel mighty fast considering she was meant to be upset. But I have to say, though Ms Feehan surpassed herself in the ikkie category in describing Steel's past. Shudder.

Too much
I like hot sex in my books but the pages and pages of repetitive sex was, in my opinion, totally unnecessary and detracted from the plot. The characters were, as is usual with Christine’s books, really well drawn but the long drawn out gratuitous sex scenes spoiled it for me.

Sadly A Great Disappointment
I struggled wuth this one. Usually the sex contributes to the story but this is just gratuitous. Completely lost the sense of the story. Pity because the whole plot surrounding the rescue of a small boy could have been very interesting. I always look forward to Feet and books. This is just formulaic.

Good story line but too much porn.
I have enjoyed many of Christine Feehan's books but this one has decended into porn in my opinion. The story line is good but I really don't wish to hear (or read) over 40 minutes of fairly hardcore porn before the story line resumes for a few minutes.......then the hero and heroine are at it again for another 30 minutes!! Considering that this previously estranged couple have only reunited to find their 2 year old toddler son who has been kidnapped by paedophiles, I find this level of explicit sex gratuitous and unlikely. It detracts from a potentially good story line.
