Fantastic book
The recipes of this contains low-carb facts in the meals that are very effective for rapid weight loss and boost energy. I’ve been thoroughly enjoying this book. It is a very interesting low carb diеt recipes lovely book recommended to all those.

Life changing information

Great book!
This book takes everyone on a step by step tutorial learning why and how to complete the vegan keto diet in a healthy and balanced whole food approach. There's plenty of healthy and delicious recipes that anyone can enjoy. I would highly recommended to read this book everyone.

I found this book very useful and excellent. All the recipes are easy to prepare as the instructions are easy to follow and the tips and instructions provided with the recipes well worthy to follow for a healthy life.

The recipes are straightforward and the ones I have personally prepared are tasty. I am very appreciative that she took the time to create a book that is SPECIFICALLY for keto vegans and focuses on clean eating with few processed foods. If you are new to keto veganism and hesitant, BUY THIS BOOK.
