Learn to Make Healthy Choices

A highly science-backed book that is easy to listen and understand. Adding as much of the author advice to your diet as you can, has to improve your health. After my initial listen, I am going back to each audio’s summary as a great reference source.

Greatful

I really like the ease of the recipes. It's for one person, but with the option of lunch snacks and dinner I can use it for snacks and lunches for my family of four.

Easy to understand

What i love best about this audio with but it is very easy to understand . I don’t like complicated things that’s why this cookbook is the perfect cookbook for me because the steps are easy to follow and the ingredients are very simple

Delicious Vegan Instant Pot recipes

I purchased this cook book and have enjoyed 4 recipes from it already. I was just starting out and wanted to keep things simple. It worked great. The instructions are easy to follow.

Easy Healthy Meals

This book is wonderful! So far I have made 4 recipes and they have all gone great. They are healthy and easy to prepare. It's nice to have some new dishes to add to our rotation. I can't wait to try other recipes.

Sensible advice

Really interesting, well researched and food for thought. Yay!! I can have butter. I love my food and there was a lot of sensible advice. I do admit I don’t have a sweet tooth and it seems sugar is the problem whereas my generation thought it was fat. I’m luckily not overweight but now I know my natural preferences are what are keeping me healthy and will do more of the same.

Nice voice and good quality.

Change my eating habits.

This audiobook has blown me away with the amazing recipes low in carbohydrates. A vegan diet can be challenging and even more so when combining keto and vegan.

I loved this audiobook! Packed full of interesting facts and myths about food, you are always lead to what you can and can't eat and then how to incorporate this knowledge into you meals, with handy recipes. I am doing this and am never hungry and feel full of vitality.
