About this listen
Valor on the Move: Growing up gay in the White House hasn't been easy for Rafael Castillo. But once his family's out of the spotlight, he can be honest with his conservative parents about his sexuality and his dream of being a chef.
It's definitely not part of Rafa's plan to get a new Secret Service agent who's a walking wet dream, but he's made it this long keeping his desires to himself.
Shane's never had room for romance in his life, and he'd certainly never cross that line with a protectee. Keeping Rafa safe at any cost is Shane's mission. But as Rafa gets under his skin, will they both put their hearts on the line?
Test of Valor: With his father no longer president, Rafa Castillo can finally be with ex-Secret Service agent Shane Kendrick. Eager to get away from the questions and judgement, Rafa and Shane are building a new life together in Australia.
Now they just have to get through a visit from the former president and first lady. Rafa's parents certainly don't approve of his romance with 40-year-old Shane, and they're determined to make him see reason. Shane and Rafa just want a normal life together - but when they must suddenly battle for survival, they fight to prove their fierce love can withstand any threat.
Contains mature themes.

Absolutely excellent 👏👏👏
This was a beautiful and captivating love story over 2 fabulous books and I thoroughly enjoyed them both. The 3rd act dramas had me crying and the ending HEA was delightful.
The narration was great for the most part, but I don’t think the narrators have ever heard an Australian accent because they sounded nothing like AU accents and the slang wasn’t on point. They had too much 18th century Cockney in them and had me laughing.

Awesome books
I loved the way the story developed in book 1 and the relationship developed in book 2. Nicely narrated except for the Aussie accent but it was okay.

well
I loved the first book so much. 5 stars for it. I was so excited for the second book but I got so annoyed. The constant guilt trips, the constant "Im not a boy" by Raffa but acting like a 4 year. For me it's max 2 stars for the second book. Really disappointed.

The worst s*x scenes ever
I simply cannot understand the good reviews for this book. The two main characters seemed to have nothing in common and I could not see any attraction between them. The first sex scene was one of the worst I have ever read. And it was such a ridiculous point in the plot and location I felt slightly queasy. After that, it just got sillier with the 2 characters getting it on in the most ridiculous way. I gave up.
