Thought provoking/awakening
I am currently reading lots of these books and I can highly recommend this one as quite thought provoking. It made me challenge some of the beliefs I've had and examine their underlying causes. Made me think about how I react and why. Made me feel confident to make the changes.

Simply powerful
Life lessons, written in a way so powerful that I wanted to cry from the first paragraph! Even though Glennon’s experiences were different to mine, the lessons she shared applied to my experience and everyone’s. She says a lot with a little. I couldn’t stop listening!
