Disappointing repeats of older material.

If you're new to Craig Beck's material then you *might* enjoy this presentation - he has a great voice, can make any subject interesting and presents some great ideas. This does not seem to be his best work however, and does not deliver on its promises -- it starts off in a way that makes you think you're onto something great, and then becomes a little bit lacklustre and dull.

Importantly however, most of my negativity is because this is the SAME work as almost all of his other books; it's another rehashing of repeated content and therefore it has left me feeling a little bit conned.

So, I recommend that you DO NOT buy this book if you've previously listened to Craig Beck as you won't hear anything original -- instead you get a rearrangement of the same content from other books - the only thing that has changed is the title.

As such I am leaving my most negative review of his work thus far - and I might drop Audible a complaint t'boot.

In this book are the same quotes, the same anecdotes, the same sound bites -- word by word repeats of his old material throughout. He has also developed an irritating habit of repeatedly using this presentation as a storefront for his live seminars and online courses.

I'm amazed he even had the cheek to ask for a good review within the presentation -- but sadly this presentation does not deserve it.

Craig Beck makes a big thing about finding integrity, peace, purpose and similar values, yet is not behaving in a way that matches this. His marketing tactics and the rehashing of his old work is unethical and dishonest.

I guess you can get a refund if you're on an Audible subscription, so by all means try it out -- if you're new to the guy then I'm sure you'll find something worthwhile -- however, if that's the case, then wait until you listen to your next Craig Back book and you'll know exactly what I mean.

Don't say I didn't warn you.
