Hot MMA Romance
Excellent start to a fabulous new series! Unexpected Forfeit is an MMA romance with loads of heat, steam, and action. The main characters, Jace and Chyna, were fantastic together, and the pull of their attraction could be easily sensed. Their story is fast-paced, gripping, angsty, and suspenseful; it captured and held my attention from start to end. Thought Willa James's accent was very charming, and she did a great job with Chyna's personality, bringing her character to life. Overall, Unexpected Forfeit was an enjoyable listen, and I look forward to the next book in the series.

This book is hot! Very pleased with it
This is my first book from Sapphire Knight that I’ve listened to & I’m glad I did! I love her style of writing & I was honestly drawn in from the beginning. I love the chemistry and dialogue between the 2 characters, Chyna & Jace. Chyna is like a fan of Jace in the beginning, but it becomes something more.
There are ups and downs for the characters which made it really interesting and kept me hooked, & I loved figuring out what was going to happen. The storyline is on point and I think it’s something that a lot of people can get into. The narration was cute with a relatable voice & it just fit. I don’t want to spoil too much, but trust me you’ll enjoy this book. 5/5!

Loved this book, it draws you in
I really like the MMA theme of this book & the main character, Jace is relatable. There’s a lot to uncover in this book; passion, romance, action, dilemmas, & a lot more. This is overall a love story and I think a lot of readers can get into it and enjoy themselves.
My wife and I listened to this together in bed and I would honestly recommend this to anyone who enjoys romance but also action. Overall a great writer and very enjoyable. Will be looking out for Sapphire’s other books.

Good MMA Romance
Chyna goes to watch Jace fight but never expected things to go any further . Although she plays it cool with him due to her past relationships the chemistry between them is strong and Jace is so sweet with her .

It was okay
I really didn’t like the attempted accents or voice differences but the overall story was pretty good. I think you will enjoy it more if your are into MMA or boxing or any sport in that genre.
