Summary

this story has depth, covers several issues, and mixes them superbly well, great writing.
the narration is 6☆, all accents are correct and continue throughout flawlessly, but also with the context of tone.

Amazing voices, amazing story
The narration of this book is utterly superb, from childlike Jake, posh Rebecca and cheeky Glasweigan Dale, the voices truly make the characters.
Tears guaranteed as the characters develop and became really personal. The story is sweet but addictive.

Heartwarming
I really enjoyed Dale&Becca's journey, that Jake had an active part in the story and that it wasn't angsty. I only disliked the occasional point of view from the bad guy-girl. It's a Pet peeve of mine. Other than that the narrator's different accents was also a highlight for me. They really brought the story to life.

not bad
This is my first audio book and I quite enjoyed it, not as much as reading but still. The characters were good the narrator was good with the accents. Just wondering how she knew what accents each character had. I enjoyed it all the same listening to it in my van.

Loved the story
The storyline was original & I loved that. The accent the narrator used for the MC was terrible. I struggled to understand a lot in this audio & i had to rewind it quite a few times. I think the writing & author is great but i wish for a better narrator & the accent left out of it.
