Great, helpful book
This book provides practical information about improving your gut health and digestive system. I appreciated the discussion around the "gut-brain connection", including how stress impacts our gut health. All of the information seems to be well-researched and is detailed enough to provide helpful tips, but not so in the weeds that you get lost. As I get older, I have felt changes in how I feel when I eat so this book came along right at the right time! I feel empowered to make changes to the way I eat and I look forward to less bloating and uncomfortable nights. I also thought the narration of the book was easy to listen to. Overall, I recommend this book for all who suffer from digestive issues.

Sometimes we need to learn a bit more about a topic which could improve your overall lifestyle. This audiobook is one of those potentially life changing books. Instead of a 'quick fox' method to fix an ailment, the author presents numerous steps and options, such as reducing your stress, eating better and lifestyle changes. My favorite chapter was about herbs, and how you can add herbs to your cooking or tea to help improve stomach issues. Some of these simple changes could really improve your health.
