I listened again in preparation for book 2!

I enjoyed the book more the 2nd time around as I last listened during lockdown when the world wasn’t a happy place and my love of Greece and not being able visit made me sad. This time it’s made me very happy as I’m going this year! I feel that I would know the characters if I met them on Skiathos!

A feel good fabulous read with great story!

Absolutely loved this first novel from Carol. Thank you for giving me my spark back for reading. Great characters, settings and story line. You also made me dream of Greek holidays again (we’ve just booked a holiday). I use audible and could not stop listening in my car, out dog walking and around the house. Loved your book, thank you and cannot wait for your future novels. I’m a huge fan! 🙏🏻😊

Blissful escapism

Wasn't sure that I would like this book as I'm not a big fan of fiction. The narrator is absolutely amazing and really made this story something extra special. Carol Kirkwood has set the bar for her next book. Perfect holiday read 😊
