Plenty of action and demons to slay!
I loved this book about a reincarnated Egyptian god, Tutu, inhabiting the body of Tommy. The bond, connection and relationships between the two co-habiting Tommy’s body actually evolves during the book and s very interesting to read.
Meanwhile they meet Kit, who’s been marked by a demon and is always on the run for his life. He doesn’t trust easily and is skittish and prickly as a porcupine! But something compels him to open up to and trust Tutu/Tommy.
Together they have an exorbitant amount of demons to slay and a life (Kit’s to save), along with coming to terms with their budding feelings for each other…
Well-written, fast-paced and full of action, I really enjoyed this book!
Allen Jeffries' gruff voice is the perfect fit for demons, Gods and all the likes!

Great one
Story: I looooved the concept of a reincarnated Egyptian god and the characters' creation in this one! The story sucked me in whole and it was a great adventure with plenty of feels.
Narration: Allen Jeffries did a great job here. His performance really amplified the mood of the story.

Good
I really enjoyed this book previously so it's normally a double edge sword when you've liked the book beforehand and then listen to it as sometimes they don't gel that well from your perspective and how the author and narrator portray it. But I was willing to give it a whirl and though some voices weren't necessarily what I imagined them to sound like others were point on and overall it was a great listen as the story came alive. This will be a 're listen audio book to me.😀

Wow, not what I was expecting
Not having read the first two books in the series, I went straight in with this audiobook. And I loved it.
The story is about an Egyptian god who is reincarnated at regular intervals over the years. He's here to fight the demons that are occupying and trying to take over the world.
As a child, Kit Nelson was part of a cult, and his parent sold him to the demons whilst performing their rituals. As a result, he's been one step ahead of the demons most of his life, or so he thought until he met Tutu (Tommy).
As I said earlier, I haven't read the first two books in this series, and it didn't deter my enjoyment of this book. It kept me engrossed.
The narration for me was extremely slow; most people know that I speed up my audios to around 1.30 on audible, but this one went straight up to 1.75. However, I enjoyed it once it was fast enough to keep my brain happy.
