Truck stop is a really cute romance following a young runaway, Teri and her next step in life when she is taken on by Truck Stop diner workers, Marsha and Joe. Here is where she meets young trucker, Mike, who takes it upon himself to protect her from her horrendous past. The characters were really easy to like and follow with their backstories gradually unfolding throughout the book.
The narrator of the book is great. He kept me hooked throughout with his great voice and character understanding.
I'm looking forward to reading another Allie McCormack book in the future!
