A lovely read!

I recently listened to this book in hopes of finding something helpful for my aging great aunt. I am hoping it will be a new addition to her daily routine. Wonderful for seniors!

I got this for my Mom to keep her brain active and healthy. She really loves it. She says it brings back fond memories and makes her nostalgic. I think it is very sweet that this audiobook is geared for her generation; really great! My mom also enjoyed the "music" and the memory games.

Wow!

This was truly an entertaining listen, surprisingly informative and engaging! This little book can hold the potential to bring about so much change in one's life. From diet to mental, emotional and physical well-being, it covers all the most important elements to be aware of as we age. It also provides practical advice and tips to get started straight away. The games kick off with a series of memory tests which is easy to do, fun, and necessary work. Later, it dives into a trivia game. This is a really unique book and would make a lovely gift (to yourself!).
