I enjoyed the story very much, it was full of suspense the whole time and I listened it from beginning to end in one go. Justin Hartley and cast played the characters very well, I wish the story was longer!

They’re changing audiobooks into filming without visuals. I’ve heard a few now & it’s definitely on the rise.
There’s no narration these are voice actors in Dolby sound effects & track to enhance the drama.
Typical Patterson style script/blind film. Hostage & Negotiator v/s American Government conspiracies & schemes that shockingly backfire. This cliffhanger type ending has a feel for a sequel if popular enough to warrant it.
Or it’s just a naff abrupt ending.

Patterson is definitely putting his feelers out venturing into producing not just narrative audiobooks material but audio~acting.
We’re going back to immersive drama radio guys!
