Keeps waking me up! 😞
This is almost 6 hours long.. when I put it on going to bed, it kept on waking me up! Listened for around 3 hours and gave up! Couldn’t sleep... it seems to be mainly music?
Very disappointed, would rather send it back for something else 🙁

Do know how you’re supposed to sleep with that guitar!?!
I have another sleep track from Joel Thielke which from memory is soothing and relaxing but this one is not good. It starts off smoothing with the voices and music but I question the use of the guitar it’s not a particularly soothing instrument. I somehow managed to sleep but about halfway listening to this track I was woken up irritated from the sharpness of the guitar strings being plucked it’s a very sharp high pitched sound. Its not done it’s job I won’t listen to this again now. Disappointed. Waste of my money.

Absolutely marvellous
I love Joel's Hypnosis and the music really boosts your brainwaves and works on a subconscious level - it is deep relaxation and very positive suggestions for focus and clarity of thinking
