Summary
Nine months ago, Rowan Ward thought he had it all. Now, he's fighting to pull his shredded life together, buried in work and battling the kind of grief that destroys a man's soul. When fires spring up around Cincinnati threatening Rowe's friends and clients, he's thrilled to find his old Army buddy, Noah Keegan in town. They were a hell of a team when they served together, so in-sync, it was rumored they could read each other's minds.
Noah thought devoting his life to the Army would be enough. Then he realized he had no family and only one friend he cared about. When his enlistment was up, he found himself standing on Rowe's doorstep, looking only for friendship but secretly hoping for more. He needs to know if their one unbelievable night together years ago wasn't a mistake.
Caught in a dangerous game of fire and bullets, neither expects the inferno of emotion that ignites between them. One Rowe isn't prepared to accept. One that could break Noah.
Unbreakable bonds.

Great story
The story and characters are engaging and the narrator has very distinctive voices for each character, always a plus for me.

So So Good!
The thrid book in this series did not disappoint. Loved Rowe and Noah's story. Felt so sorry for Noah but it all turned out well in the end!
Kenneth continues to do an amazing job in his narration. He is a real performer - not just a narrator. All voices are well 'fleshed' out with super characterisation and individuality.

Spellbindingly Brilliant
The third book in the Unbreakable Bonds series and to be honest my favourite. I love Rowe and Noah their dynamic is so interesting and complex.
Ken's dulcet tones are like velvet wrapped around a brick, so nice and calm but as the subject matter hits, his tone changes and seems more intense and harder, difficult to describe but so brilliant to listen to.
Brilliant story, awesome characters, fantastic writers and an absolutely stunning narration.

🎧Kenneth's Audioslaves Reviewer🎧
Torch (Unbreakable Bonds Series Book 3) by Jocelynn Drake and Rinda Elliott. This story was well written with a lot of action. This story develops nicely. A good combination of world building and character development.
This was a great listen. I can't wait to listen to the next book.
The Narrator Kenneth Obi did a fantastic job bringing these characters and story to life.

Flaming Hot!
Torch is the third in the Unbreakable Bonds series and to fully enjoy it it is advisable to listen to the previous two books Shiver and Shatter.
In this we see Rowe, widowed for 9 months from his wife Melissa after she was murdered meet up with his old Ranger buddy Noah, whom he knew before he met Mel.
Noah’s return brings back memories and feelings Rowe had for the man, which confused him and made him run after a hot steamy night together in Prague before he met his wife. Now this emotional connection to Noah, his newly accepted bisexuality, his recent bereavement and a new threat from an old enemy Jagger, are holding him back from accepting that Noah just may be the person to put back together his broken heart.
Next in line is Ian and Hollis, I can’t wait!
