Summary
Time is a tricky devil. And so is that blasted imp!
Violet Parker needs to catch the little terror before it wreaks even more havoc in the Black Hills. But now that she’s saddled with this dang Timekeeper gig, she has a lot to juggle, like the real monsters wanting to tear the flesh from her bones just for fun.
If she can’t figure out how to wrangle “time” to save her family, the Grim Reaper might come swinging for them next.
But what about that danged honey-loving imp?
“Bravery badges are frickin’ overrated.” —Violet Parker

Fun filled series, laughter, action , twists and turns to keep you on the edge of your seat. There’s so much going on , I need to listen to talented narrator, Caroline Shaffer read the superb Ann Charles new audiobook, Time Reaping in Deadwood (again and straight away) The whole series is top entertainment and I have listened to each audiobook several times as well as reading each ebook. Love the characters, Top marks for a fantastic series, can’t wait until the next book/audiobook is released

The calm before the storm…
As usual all the Deadwood books are great, but this one felt like more of a slow burn.
The first half of the book definitely took a while to get going with most of the action in the last 3 hours. Also most of the storylines seemed like precursor to the plot of the next book?
That said however it’s always good to catch up with Violet and Co, and I can’t wait for the next one (a LOT has been set up!).
Excellent narration as always.
