Once upon a time, in the magical land of San Francisco, there lived a not-so-ordinary girl named Laurel Pettigrew. She was supposed to be the Chosen One. The plan was simple: She would vanquish the great evil Tybus in an epic battle. But destiny had other ideas, and Laurel's performance in the whole heroics department was a colossal flop.
Now, instead of being a legendary hero, Laurel's the resident pariah of the magic realm. And what’s worse, the dark wizard Tybus swooped in, took over the realm, and forced all supernatural creatures to live under his tyrannical rule. felicia at her best
felicia was right this is a chosen one story you've never heard before - it was brilliant! it was also very very felicia day and I loved it! it's so nice to see felicia creating things she's passionate about again, I have so many game and book and TV fandoms I follow now thanks to felicia introducing me to many wonderful things and here's another. The cast all did an amazing job , stand outs for me were London Hughes, wil Wheaton, Sean Astin and Janet Varney, also love that troy Baker snook a line in!! I think this is going to be an audio book I come back to again and again

Adventures in failure
A bit too much self loathing on Laurel’s part, but I guess that’s where the magical adventure stems from. I only giggled a couple of times, but stuck with the silliness to find out how the bad guy gets defeated in the end. I’m glad some of the other annoying evil characters got what they deserved too.

A masterpiece from a mastermind
I have been a fan of Felicia Day for years. If I had to choose a role model or idol she will be it. I am so proud and inspired seeing her work of years come to life. She is once again showing us that we can follow our dreams even when others reject them, as long as we believe in ourselves.
Now about Third Eye, the story was hilarious in a true Felicia Day manner, and the performances were spectacular. It truly came to life in my mind as if I was watching a movie. It somehow has a vibe of nostalgia for all the TV shows of the 90s-00s. Overall loved it. I think I will be re-listening to it every year around Halloween time as it makes for a perfect paranormal story for that time.

I loved everything about this book. The voice actors are perfection and I've struggled to find a lot of good fantasy lately. loved the wee nerdy nods here and there.
