Summary
Eighteen-year-old, Bronwyn Littleton is in love with a stranger she met on a summer night a year ago.
A stranger who was tall and broad in a way that made her feel safe. He had dark blue eyes that she can’t stop drawing in her sketch book. And he had a deep, soothing voice that she can’t stop hearing in her dreams.
That’s all she knows about him though.
Until she runs into him again. At St. Mary’s School for Troubled Teenagers–an all girls reform school–where she’s trapped because of a little crime she committed in the name of her art.
Now she knows that her dream man has a name: Conrad Thorne.
She knows that his eyes are way bluer and way more beautiful than she thought. And that his face is an artist’s wonderland.
But she also knows that Conrad is her best friend’s older brother. Which means he’s completely off-limits. Not to mention, he’s the new soccer coach, which makes him off-limits times two.
What makes him off-limits times three however, and this whole scenario an epic tragedy, is that, Conrad, Wyn’s dream man, has a dream girl of his own.
And he’s as much in love with his dream girl as Wyn is in love with him…
NOTE: This is a STANDALONE set in the world of St. Mary’s.

Love hits you when you least expect it
Bronwynn Littleton known as Wynn to her friends meets Conrad Thorne on a night when everything is going wrong for her she runs out not a party and on a deserted road they meet. This meeting would change Wynn’s life forever because she does something to be sent to St. Mary’s reformatory school where she meets Conrad’s sister Callie. Conrad is the oldest of five kids and has been the care taker for them since he was eighteen years old. He takes a job at St.Mary’s and Wynn see him the feelings come back and they are strong. There is a horrible ex girlfriend of Conrad’s who also works at the school and she is just selfish. I loved this relationship between Wynn and Conrad they continually challenged each other wanting more for the other to me that is love. The narration was amazing I love this series can’t wait to listen to the next story.

Wyn, the next troubled teen at St Mary's!!!
St Mary's has another broken student determined to live her dream. But how did she end up there? After all, St Mary's is for troubled girls. Bronwyn has had a privileged life, but is the one child that does not align with her parents aspirations. Always different, she doesn't shine for the political climbing her father is doing. She meets a stranger one night after ditching a party she was forced to attend, and though older, she was taken with him. Sweet, protective and willing to walk her home, she could not get him out of her mind. So much so, she used her artistic talent to draw him on her father's sports car, landing her at St Mary's. Now she and her best friends are doing what needs to be done to live their dreams. Soccer is not among that for Wyn, but meeting the new coach is sure to change that. Conrad has always watched over his siblings, and his sister Callie is at St Mary's as well as his old girlfriend. He had no idea Wyn was there, but this girl that he met a year ago is giving him attitude, and he is just not going to take it. Using her as an example, he chastises her, but can't get her out of his mind. And our fun begins. These two are destined to be together. Conrad is well aware of their age difference, and the fact that Wyn is his sister's best friend is also an obstacle. Bronwyn is relentless at her need to be with him. Immature? Yes. Needy? Yes. Just what he needs? Yes. This is packed with twists and turns, angst, a slow burn and fantastic ending. I enjoyed visiting the school again and getting to see some of the others and seeing where they are. Always new journeys! Loved it!
Stefanie Kay narrates the majority of the story as Bronwyn. The feels of a child and woman are all there, letting us know just how broken and in need of Conrad's stability she is. Walker Williams gives Conrad's point of view several times, and his voice is like a balm to the soul. Though he is troubled and frustrated at times, he gives the feels of steadiness and true passion. This is a great team for the ages of the characters and made for an amazing listen.

Taboo Perfection!!
Bronwyn Littleton is an artist, even though that isn't allowed, then she meets the perfect stranger and he inspires her to show her art more than she has, in possibly the worst way according to her parents which gets her sent to St. Mary's. This is the start of her real story.
Conrad Thorne is the soccer coach at St. Mary's, a reform school for troubled teen girls. Little does he know the girl from that night goes there, and he also has no idea why she was sent there.
The spice/chemistry/connection with these two is electric! It was so wonderful and so forbidden I loved it!
They were fire together! I loved watching things unfold and watching the electricity spark between these two. It was so good and the taboo/forbidden aspect was spectacular! I loved the push and pull and the restraint it was so good!
Stefanie Kay and Walker Williams were so amazing! They brought these characters to life!!

These Thorn Kisses
this book had me so frustrated... I really engaged with the story and the characters like they were right in front of me and making me mad. It's pretty great to continue getting to know the previous characters through their cameos. The narrators did a great job and I was fully engrossed in this story.

A Wallflower and her Thorn
I absolutely adore Bronwin, she is such a loving caring person, she loves her dream man and things get real when he shows up in her life.
The chemistry and passion and angst between Bronwin & Conrad is absolute perfection. I love how much they give the other, even without realizing it.
This was sweet and spicy and full of alpha male energy and protectiveness and absolute love.

Second best??
I’m a little torn with this storyline. I love their love story however I’m a little disappointed that this leading lady was happy being second best to a past lover. It doesn’t take away from the overall story but I’m a little disappointed in her. A brilliant performance.

I absolutely loved this book , I could feel the emotion running through the narrators as they read this book, Conrad and Bronwyns chemistry was off the page and she was such a strong character also sticking up for what she believed in even if it hurt her to do so , an absolute must listen , can't recommend it enough , my favourite in the series so far

Each book in this series gets better and better!! Over-the-top, protective, age-gap heroes are my Favorite!!! Conrad was great as a big older brother to Callie but an even better ❤️ to Wyn! Awe, I love that girl too! The tension and angst drove me crazy! But it was so worth it!🔥🔥
The narrators were magical, as always! I can't wait for the next book!!
