But will anyone believe her?
Seeing Susie plunges Jenny back into a nightmare of forgotten memories and haunting fears. As the past claws its way into her present, she must unravel the truth about what happened sixteen years ago.

Boring and predictable.
Boring and predictable. Like another reviewer, I stopped listening a couple of hours in. The main character is very one- dimensional and unlikable. She is unnecessarily rude to others. I think to be a successful novel the reader needs to be able to like or identify with at least one character.

Usual plethora of twists and turns
I have read (listened) to just about all of Sarah's books and they are all enjoyable and engaging. The Woman in Coach D doesn't disappoint in that sense, I hadn't read the synopsis in advance so the story line came as a surprise to me, but then I also expected a new main theme, which was delivered with the usual well researched details that sometimes shock and at other times makes you think and sometimes 'rewind' to check you've heard something correctly because you can't quite believe what you just heard. Well done, looking forward to the next one.

really enjoyed it
love the narrator, the story was good. however I do wonder if the editing was abit dodgy?! basically the protagonist has interatactions with a police officer that seem very erratic almost as if the small talk that the relationship was built on was cut out and only telling the listener the heated argumentative bits. the way she speaks to him seems so out of character for someone who supposedly develops feelings as the relationship progresses. as others have said tho it is a little repetitive as in the crux of the story is reapeted just in different phrases/ways.

Was a brilliant audiobook!! Finished in 2 sittings.
What a really really good title full of surprise and chilling at the same time. It well deserves 5 stars and I love this author. She just gets better and better. Another one for my collection. Think is book 10 now by the author I’ve got. The narrator was fab too and went well with the book. The story was engaging right from the very start and I didn’t guess the ending right. A real page turner. If you are a fan,then listen to this next as your next read!

Strange story!
Lots of twists & turns. But I had to push to finish it.
Also the narrators pronunciation of the word ‘says’ grated on me. It felt like the word was overused

Couldn't get through it. So repetitive.
I even tried doing 1.75x speed, but it was still too repetitive and slow. I gave up at chapter 25. So much of the content was just the main character's inner thoughts that kept looping. I'd liked other work from this author, so I found this disappointing.
P.S. to the reviewers who took issue with how the narrator pronounces "says" - it's just part of a regional accent.

The worst Sarah A Denzil book I have listened to.
Story completely unbelievable and boring. It’s a shame I normally enjoy her books. Will wait for the next one
