THE WINNING MIND

This is one excellent book. A fascinating listen. It will appeal to people with an interest in sport/business as Seb gives you an insight into his training/coaching methods, and in turn this is linked into the business world in which he now operates. I found this book extremely enjoyable and would highly recommend it to anyone.
