A great reminder and a big help
After my own journey with my mental health the CBT episode was a really good. I say journey cause that’s what it is, definitely takes time but it is worth it. I learned to manage my issues with CBT, although I was lucky enough to receive 2.5 years of treatment. I had a fantastic therapist who taught me but sometimes I still need a few small reminders!
These short podcasts are brilliant, so thank you. Keep doing what you do xx

Congrats on a wonderful first episode and keep smashing the stigma
I love this new podcast, I’ve been working hard to smash the stigma of mental health for the past 8 years. This was initially inspired by my Dad and watching him battle with anxiety and depression. I took it personally at first down to a lack of understanding. It’s very easy to take the mental health of others personally when it never is. I’ve since realised through my research that we all have mental health and it impacts everything. It’s amazing to hear Will talking so openly in a safe and judgement free space. So many great tips and insights here. We need these conversations in order to remove shame. Shame prolongs recovery. I’m looking forward to hearing more. In terms of bringing fun and lightness - how about a wee a capella at the end with his awesome guests. Singing through the storms of life 🎤🎉🤣

Best podcast I've heard
This important podcast is equal parts comfortable and comforting, tragic and sad. Will has natural, pure empathy and understanding towards others, and I've thought this about him in every interview of his for a long time. He has suffered greatly himself, yet is still gentle, open, direct and warm simultaneously. This podcast should be played in high schools, it is vital education on how the previous shame and secrecy around mental health has to continue being replaced by acceptance and understanding, for everyone,by everyone.

Very comforting on a day I needed to hear it most.
Binge listened to quite a few episodes. It was so refreshing to hear different mental health experiences be expressed through the lens of what happened to you not the usual narrative of what's wrong with you. Brought much needed kindness and empathy to dissolve the shame felt with mental health issues.
