About this listen
Could you ever be friends with the woman who stole your husband? That is the question facing Jenny when Helena appears at her door.
Five years ago, Craig abandoned Jenny and moved in with Helena. Now it seems Craig has moved onto a younger woman. Helena pleads with Jenny to help find out who the mystery woman is.
Jenny's friend Kate and adult daughter Rebecca warn her not to become involved. But Jenny can't resist....
This might just be the opportunity she has been looking for. It's not very often the chance for revenge comes knocking. But does Jenny really know what she's getting into, and is Helena really the person she appears to be?

I quite like the story
The story was okay. but oh the narration so let it down! the daughter and friend came across as excitable children.. I'm sure they weren't meant to be like that.

At least it didn’t cost me a credit!
Didn’t like any of the characters. Far fetched storyline. Persevered to the end and can’t wait to start a new book!

Twisted
I love the twisted mind of the main character. You don't know weather to love her or hate her.

brilliant
Some people just don't know when to be quiet and be nice. Totally understand what happened and why.

Really disliked the main character
Not sure where to start on this book? Main character was very dislikable, Craig did not feature enough his character was not explored, The story was unbelievable and all in all to wishy washy, I would not recommend. But the narrator was good!

A bit long winded to get to the juicy bits
I felt this story started off well, but then it seemed to take a bit too long to get to the nitty gritty, then when it finally did, it was a bit unbelievable. Not my favourite, but still worth a listen considering it's in thebplus catalogue and doesn't cost a credit.

Irritating narration but story was ok
I didn’t enjoy the narration of this one, and found the characters all a bit unbelievable! The story overall was a bit predictable but an easy enough listen once I got used to the faux-posh voices! It was not the worst I’ve listened to but I’m glad it was part of the plus catalogue as I’d have been a bit disappointed had I used a whole credit on it.

Twisty!
This did not disappoint and I had no idea where it was going. Hard to say much more without giving too much away.

A page turning surprise
I hadn't listened to anything else from this author before, so it was a bit of a trial run. I absolutely loved it! I enjoyed the First Person tense, and the story as it unfolded was nothing I had expected. A really great twisted plot. I enjoyed everything.... Story, Characters, Narration.
Highly recommend

Not sure what I expected, but it was alright.
The narrator was excellent although I'm sure in at least one place the main character was referred to as Hannah, rather than Helena. The Webs We Weave was alright, a bit flat and chick-lit-ish for the 80%, then it picked up up towards the end but the story line was a little predictable. I listened to it as a free book, and it was ok as a freebie but I would have been disappointed if I'd used a credit.
