This book appears to recommend the keto diet

Overall, I really enjoyed listening to the first part of this book. It lulled me into a false sense of security though. There was a lot about fad diets being bad for your body and for long-term weight loss.

I'm an ethical vegan (and no, not all vegans are skinny) so I was pleased to find a book which purported to focus on long-term healthy eating rather than fad diets.

HOWEVER, the last chapter appears to recommend the keto diet with lots of recommendations for eating high fat meat and cheese based meals and no fruit. I find it hard to believe that long-term ketosis with little or no fruit and only 20g of carbs a day can be healthy for anyone.
