Skip the first section and you might like it
A few chapters in and I nearly abandoned this book. It was heavy marketing strategy talk, not only stuff I'd covered in my business degree, but the language and delivery was as dull as beige. Having burnt my last credit on this listen, and driving at the time, I skipped forward to the social media marketing section and style and tone changed beyond recognition. Content is broad and while I feel some is a little dated (this was first published as a book in 2015) overall this is a good idea prompter. The PR section also follows the more up-beat style. Conclusion, listen to the first section standing up so you don't fall asleep or skip straight to the second section. Glad I persevered.
