Summary
Are you often suffering from stress, anxiety, depression, epilepsy, chronic inflammation, gut problems, heart problems, muscle and joint pain, and any other physical and mental illness or conditions?
And if so, have you tried all manner of strategies and techniques to restore your health, but nothing seems to work for more than a few days or weeks?
If you’ve answered YES, keep reading....
You are about to discover a possible root cause of your problems, a dysfunctional vagus nerve, how that relates to your health, and how you can optimize its functioning to restore your health in ways you’ve never thought possible!
So, if you’re wondering:
- What does the vagus nerve do that is so critical that its functioning can make you ill or healthy?
- How do you know that your problems are connected to vagus nerve problems?
- How exactly do you enhance the functioning of the vagus nerve?
- What does the science say? How exactly does it work?
If you have these and other related questions, you are in luck because this three in one book will answer them all in simple language to ensure you have a completely new perspective and understanding of the inner workings of your vagus nerve. Don't be deceived
The sample is not a true reflection of the content of the book. On purchasing, the pleasant female voice carefully explaining vagus nerve function in the sample switches to a computer-generated male voice with a mind numbing monotone that makes it quite challenging to take in the dense content. I will persist but I'm quite disappointed.
