Gripping Listening
Very professional production with all the evidence presented without prejudice. The jury will have a tough job with this case which at times is a tough listen.

Interesting listen
Some of the voice actors are quite corny and very amateur, but the overall presentation is good. The trial proceedings are explained clearly and respectfully. I wish they would explore the psychology behind Letby more, but maybe that is for a future episode.

Well Presented.
A gripping listen and very well put together. However, presenters and actors (all apart from guest speakers) are monotone / flat and a little painful to listen to.
But totally appreciate this is not a performance but delivery of a sensitive topic and cannot be sensationalised.
Excellent podcast.

interruptions
Great pod cast, very well executed, informative, real truthful points made and produced well. But.....the two hosts are always interrupting guests, and each other. Let the guest speak and finish their sentace, rather than talking over them with another question while they are still explaining the current question. You both talk over each other also, and it's slightly annoying. wait, take a breath, let the other perolson finish, then ask another question. It's not difficult.

Gripping
Excellent podcast - fascinating and well thought out and presented
Only 4 stars as they don’t play in chronological order !
So you have to be on it quick to make sure at the end of episode it doesn’t leap to the newest episode. It’s like having a book that keeps falling open at the last chapter revealing the end.
Don’t know if this is audible or podcast settings though

Chilling subject matter, insipid podcast
I, like many, have been shocked by the case of Lucy Letby, so wanted to hear more than a quick soundbite on the news about it. While this podcast is indeed thorough with presenting what has happened each stage of the court case, it is fairly excruciating to get through and not just because of the topic.
Both presenters are monotonous, all things "voiced by actors" are terrible, and the only time it becomes interesting is when there's a guest and the conversation flows more naturally. The intro at the beginning of each episode is almost 3 minutes long and is the same, which becomes annoying after a couple of episodes.
There's a weird decision to use quite childlike language, as if the audience are stupid - tummy, poorly etc. These are words my 2 year old uses! And there's an ongoing assurance that each baby was "tiny", mentioned several times every episode in case you forget that premature babies are in fact, small, and as if they weren't, it would be any less barbaric.
I'm sure there were certain choices made to remain as professional and objective as possible as well as choices made in order to conform to any rules about reporting on such cases however, I feel as if these choices make the podcast fall flat. It is not engaging in the slightest and a total slog to get through.

Constant Interruptions to listening
I'm not sure if this is a criticism of the podcast or the platform but the interruptions are constant. The episodes are very short so the same introduction is not really necessary every 15 minutes or so. Also there's no option to play next at one click, you have to go back through the whole episode list to find the next episode. No way to just leave it playing while you go for a run or do some housework which is how I usually listen to podcasts.
