Summary

If you are like me, you spent a majority of your life largely unaware of what OCPD was. When you suddenly stumbled upon it, everything started to make sense. If you have others around you who have OCPD, you see the daily struggles it causes them and the friction that occurs when they try to interact with you and others. You feel helpless and lost with the diagnosis, but you feel relieved that there is a name for the thing you have been dealing with for so long.

OCPD is the abbreviation for a group of mental symptoms that are collectively called obsessive compulsive personality disorder. Many people confuse OCPD with OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder). It isn't very helpful for someone with this ill

it was difficult to digest. Firstly, the narration seems computerized rather than narrated for a person. Even worst, the inflexible description of the traits do not left space for any kind variability or alternative description, it sounds more judgmental than descriptional. I wouldn't recommended
