TELL ME YOUR SECRETS…

‘Tense and compulsive’ Louise Candlish, bestselling author of Our House

‘Suspicion, betrayal and dark secrets abound’ T M Logan, bestselling author of The Mother

‘A delicious web of lies’ Jane Corry, bestselling author of Coming to FInd You

When Alice and Leo move into a newly renovated house in The Circle, a gated community of exclusive houses, it is everything they’ve dreamed of. But appearances can be deceptive…

As Alice is getting to know her neighbours, she discovers a devastating, grisly secret about her new home, and begins to feel a strong connection with Nina, the therapist who lived there before.

Alice becomes obsessed with trying to piece together what happened two years before. But no one wants to talk about it. Her neighbours are keeping secrets and things are not as perfect as they seem…

The million-copy Sunday Times bestselling author B A Paris returns to her heartland of gripping psychological suspense in this powerful tale of a house that holds a shocking secret.

even though there was a good storyline there was something missing

the marrator made it sound like a soap opera. the sentences were long winded an unnecessary

From the author of the incredible Behind Closed Doors, this is another excellent novel. There are fascinating characters and plot twists. Highly recommended.

Very gripping from beginning to end

Another excellent B. A. Paris thriller that keeps you guessing right to the end. Thoroughly enjoyed it and marvelling at Paris’ art in setting up perfect thrillers. The audio book version was really well done. Recommend to anyone who likes a thriller. Just discovered Paris two weeks ago and am already through my third.

It had my theories jumping all over the place!

I downloaded this book without even reading what it was about. From first listening the wonderful narration had me hooked.

Then as we went through it had me doubting everything. Thoroughly captivated, I felt like I knew everyone involved.

The twists and red herrings are so well written with every detail thought through.

Would totally recommend this book.

Disappointing

I was disappointed with the ending to this story, which started off well then began to drag midway through, and the story just got more and more ludicrous, and disjointed.I usually enjoy this author, but felt really let down, and it was very easy to guess the culprit early on in the story(even for me!)Quite liked the female narrator though

Standard Stuff

Not really the suspense thriller that I was hoping for, just a "Who Dun It" kind of story, along with a few relationship issues. Set in a gated community of 12 houses, newcomer Alice sets out to solve a murder puzzle. Lots of asking questions, and lots of neighbour" type conversations. Quite a long drawn out ending, waiting for the twist that never came. Our reader, Olivia Dowd, gives a passable performance. She has a clear reading voice, but every character sounds the same.
