The Best

This is great, it’s the tapping book that resonates most with me and the extended tapping sessions in the appendix really make it an excellent resource.

Good intro to tapping for a newbie

There are a lot of scripts included, I'll likely keep coming back to it. I'd describe this as a gentle way to remove some of life's blocks. I'm new to tapping but its so easy its worth a go to relax & make life feel easier. It feels relaxing in the process.
