Everybody has the right to build a business from anywhere and design a lifestyle they love. That is what this book will teach you to do. If you have always thought that having the freedom to do what you want when you want was just a pipe dream, then think again. Right now there is more opportunity than ever to:

  • Package and sell your knowledge and skills to earn enough to work and live anywhere
  • Build a profitable online business from just your laptop and smartphone
  • Use online tools, social media, and outsourcing to give you more time, money, and freedom
  • Travel the world for less and experience the joys of minimalism
  • Live life on your own terms and create your ideal lifestyle

This book will teach you the nuts and bolts of setting up an online business you love and give you the blueprint to create your ideal lifestyle and create freedom in business and adventure in life. If you have always thought that running a profitable business from your laptop, and having the freedom to do what you want when you want was just a pipe dream, then think again. After eight years of working in the bureaucracy of the corporate world, Natalie Sisson quit her high-paying job to fly to Canada, start a blog and cofound a technology company. In just 18 whirlwind months she learned how to build an online platform from scratch, and then left to start her own business, which involved flying to Argentina to eat empanadas, play Ultimate Frisbee, and launch her first digital product. Strike forward to now and she runs a six-figure business from her laptop, while living out of a suitcase, and making money teaching others how to build a business and lifestyle they love. If you are just starting out, this book will show you how to package and sell your knowledge and skills to earn enough to work and live anywhere. If you are an entrepreneur, this book will show you how to establish your credibility and authority and streamline your business to have more freedom.

A must have audio-book

Would you listen to The Suitcase Entrepreneur again? Why?

Totally, I have listened to the book a few times, each time picking up more ideas about an alternative working solution. Natalie reinforces how you don't need to be tied to the same place for living and for work in order to generate income.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Natalie was, she tells of her experience in a clear and honest fashion, she certainly wets the appetite for travelling and not being tied down to a dreary work environment.

Which scene did you most enjoy?

I liked how she gives you very useful tools and resources for further research (chapter 10). Pretty much everything you need for the virtual lifestyle, also her website has a great resources page.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I listened in one sitting then to individual chapters while taking notes.

Any additional comments?

I work from home already which is great, next step is to take off in my camper van with my laptop etc, so I can combine work with hill walking, outdoor cooking, working on my first book and meeting new people while travelling around the UK.With all the technology and gadgets around, you can have your office all within your backpack !! Looking forward to having the open countryside as my office surroundings.Anybody who is fed up with nine to five working, being stuck in a job that gives you the Monday morning blues, then I would suggest getting the audio or physical book without delay. As Albert Einstein said - Insanity is "Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results"Keep up the good work Natalie.

The Suitcase Entrepreneur

Loved the book, however, the reader’s level of energy goes down from time to time and she starts to read fast and with a lower voice. I will listen to this book again and again. So interesting 💜

I loved it!

I would pay twice over for this book. It has totally inspired me. Not only that it details resources that I never imagined existed. All in all I feel I have everything I need to move forward.

Just ok. A little disappointed.

It’s not bad, but i was expecting more specifics on business and not so focused on traveling.
