Great story set in both the past and the present in classic Barbara Erskine style.
I loved this book and didn't want it to end. Can't wait for the next book from my favourite author.

Excellent
No spoilers here but this is very well narrated and is of
Barbara usual high standard. It’s rather long however it’s needed for the story.

Enjoyed this book but bot quite as much as other time slip books by the same author.
The narrator was excellent and the story is enjoyable. I would say this is a cosy easy listening book not quite as good as say on the Edge of Darkness, The Warrior Princess or Sands of Time.
This book is shorter and doesn't have the depth of characters or history. But. having said that I still enjoyed it.

Very strong compelling story line
One of Barbara Erskine’s best! I think I’ve read most of them but this one stands out. Loved the narration too.
