Incredible stories, beautifully read

One of the most stunning audio books I have come across. Theodore Bickel is perfect, bringing humour and heartbreaking pathos into these tales. The Hebrew and Yiddish brings authenticity in my humble opinion - please note though that I am not Jewish, but grew up and was educated with Jewish friends, teachers and lecturers. Brilliantly moving.
