A Wonderful Help!

this book has some great advice for those suffering with social anxiety. I implemented some of what is taught in this book over this last week and I've seen a massive, positive difference in my anxiety. it's a slow start, and it's definitely not an overnight cure, but if I continue to work at it, I know I can beat this thing

Very Insightful.

Understanding the mindset is valuable in all aspects of life. It did well in presenting her research findings. Absolutely love it, it's a manual for a better life and has to be re-listen once a year. I highly recommending it.

A Wonderful Help!
