Excellent How To for Teens!
There are so many golden nuggets in this book for teens to learn about how they can overcome social anxiety. The first couple of chapters cover the foundation that teens need to understand their situation and know they aren't alone. The bulk of the book addresses various types of situations that teens can address and clearly states why the steps will help them. I found the supportive tone great for teens. I had a hard time though with the overall performance because the voice might not connect with teens as well as with adults. This is such a needed book for so many teens! I highly recommend it!.

Relief is Possible!
The list of famous people that have dealt with social anxiety was so encouraging. The sense that if they can do it, others can too. Fear of performance is common.
Listening to the physical symptoms took me back to my own experience as a teen, and I now think I had a social anxiety disorder that was never even a thought back then. I’m so glad there is this rich audio book packed with tips and help to overcome this. I wish I had it as a teen, and I wish my parents were aware of all this information. So helpful.
This disorder is on the rise, our fears are exaggerated, yet there is so much help in this guide. I hope you check it out.
A couple things I found most helpful were the list of common triggers, those things that would set off the anxiety. If I would have known those, I could have avoided them or known what to do about it. Avoidance is never a good long term strategy. Mindfulness was explored and healthy eating, both help you find relief.

Give it to your teen to help them overcome social anxiety and live a happier, more fulfilling life as they grow into adulthood with confidence and ease.
