Masterson is excellent yet again
great book on wealth building some of the real estate stuff that was specifically built for the US market was a little bit lost on me but overall I think the book is very very good and highly recommend to entrepreneurs looking to build wealth quickly

Some Good Information
Some good information and it does get you thinking what is really needed to get to 7 figures and different ways to do it. A lot of the audio book is recordings from wealth building seminars. But there is some good insights that may help you find your way.

very dated & basic principles
very dated they talked about hiring IT technicians to fix your PC. All basic advice & all investing advice is outdated for 2024. Not a single mention of social media or ads etc. Save your money on this one
