The secret language of the body
Wonderfully helpful to my situation and intention to move forward with a better life. I would have preferred the exercises by the lady to be read more slowly so I may do them along her instructions

Best trauma work book published in modern times
If you have complex trauma history this is THE work book for you. It helped me to ground myself for the first time in my life, and I’ve gone through all the masters in the field. Simple and practical guidance that can change your perspective. Just amazing!

Struggled through this
I was really hopeful that this book was going to be helpful and insightful as a carer of someone suffering with disorders brought on by trauma. Unfortunately it reads like an infomoercial and does that really annoying thing that American TV programs do, where they recap everything incessantly. This was dull and pedantic with a very dummed down approach seemingly written for simpletons. So disappointed!
