The Search Party
Join six old friends for one wild weekend at Cornwall’s newest glamping spot.
The guests:
* The anxious hosts with everything at stake
* The boho hippies concealing a private darkness
* The TV celebrity with his hot new wife and an even hotter temper
* The exhausted new parents with a secret to hide
* The one that won’t make it home alive . . .
The tents are up. The bonfire is lit. Get ready for one hell of a party.
Gripping, cleverly structured and brimming with secrets and lies, this is a masterclass in narrative tension and a chilling exploration of the ways in which aspiration and anxiety collide. It will keep you guessing until the end.

Slow start but gets faster!
Slow, first half, but you really get to know the characters. I am usually usually pretty good and guessing the ending this one surprised me. Very well written.

Great setting
New author for me and quite enjoyed this book. I would have liked a bit more at the end but that's just me

Vivid and exciting
The author and narrator really paint a picture for you, and bring the story to life. A couple of really great twists and turns.

Interesting And Enjoyable except ….
I really liked the book and listened to it almost in one sitting. I thought the narrators were fine except for the swallowing and mouth noises both the female and male narrators made throughout. It may seem a picky small point but it was so off-putting and distracting. I was dreading and pre-empting it happening. It did spoil the listen for me. That aside I thought the storyline was good which kept me listening.

Predictable
Terrible plot which was easily guessed. Female narrator keeps slurping her saliva whilst reading. Waste of a credit
