Very useful book

It had some good insights as to how we look at things. This program is something I need to listen to and internalize. A really useful book.

Good book with lots of useful tips

Good audiobook. Contains an number of science backed tips to help you on the path to confidence.

Main flaw is the narrator. His voice is flat and he comes across as insincere. It is not terrible and still can’t be listened to but it does detract from the otherwise useful advice.
