Loved this boxset

I loved this boxset, it was just what id hoped it would be, lots of murders with a running story of the town and all its characters going throughout so you really get to know them throughout all the books.

I was a bit concerned to purchase this set because it said ' Christian boxset' fearing it would be a bit preachy , but there is no religion in them at all, just good clean fun stories, so you know it's safe to listen on speakers not having to worry about sudden bedroom scenes or swearing if there's other ppl or kids about

I'm off to get the next set, who can resist at so many hours for one credit!

Absolutely excellent

I'm several stories in and absolutely loving this. The narrator is superb, and really brings the story alive, without ever being over the top. The stories are well written and just what you'd expect from a cozy mystery series, but what I really like is that they're pretty fast-paced, and don't drag like some cozy mysteries. I also like how the overall storylines run across individual stories, so romances blossom, workers come and go, and other characters have their plot line developed, and all of those happens across multiple stories. If you like cozy mysteries then the Sandy Bay Mystery Series comes highly recommended. In short great writing, beautiful narrating, and likeable main characters.

The narrator was good

The stories were weak. I did like the characters. Glad when they ended. Also hated the dogs names just awful.

boring

I'm sorry to say I found this box set series so repetitive and boring that I stopped listening after the third book.
