Great for learning how to talk to anyone

Great book, very helpful for knowing exactly what to say in any situation and how to deal with the awkward situations. Really like the bits about small talk and always knowing how to respond to people. For me this was the useful parts and it has given me plenty of pointers I can easily use in my own life.

Perfect for all

This book is the perfect practical guide to meditation and mindfulness! I work as a therapist and I often incorporate mindfulness techniques into my therapy practice. What I like about this book is that I can easily flip to a chapter that is relevant to a client and then guide them through the exercise. It is also so easy to show them the steps so they can go home and practice on their own!

Helpful and Insightful

Helpful tips and opened my eyes to a new perspective. She hit the nail on the head with the way I feel in social situations and now I can get out of my own head a little more just by knowing I am not a freak of nature and others may feel this way too.
