useful advice
very well written and useful day to day techniques but it does get a bit repetitive towards the end and the overall narration isnt quite top notch.

Atomic habits is a better read
This book feels like a lecture. At times the subject areas seems very random and not related. no science behind any of this.
I would recommend Atomic habits
