love Joe Plumeri!

i love this book. A no BS insight into what i would consider a very successful man. i worked at Willis when he gave that "Insurance is the DNA of capitalism" speech. it was awesome. i went to war against AON and Marsh later that year over the Solicitors PI season... we did more than hold our own!
