Empowering

This is an empowering listen. It gets to the heart of securing your own oxygen mask before anyone else's. It hits all the right notes in terms of mindfulness, really getting to the heart of why you do what you do, and how to set boundaries. I think this will resonate with many women, and it eliminates the guilt associated with putting yourself first. Really enjoyed this book

Time to learn how to say NO!

Say Yes to Your No

My whole life I have been a people pleaser. Even when I am doing my best, I would continue to worry. I really wanted to stop this codependency behavior. I am so glad I came across this book. What stood out to me was the saying "Say Yes to Your NO" I had never thought about it like that before. That it is ok to say No, to set a boundary. The practical tools, journaling prompts, and boundary setting techniques have been so very helpful and I feel my confidence building as I practice the steps.
