Frustrating and patronising.

I found this unhelpful and patronising. There was nothing in here that isn't available on the website which is promoted endlessly throughout the reading. By the end of listening, I felt like I was being pulled into a cult, where resilience and a 'stiff upper lip' attitude prevailed. I gained nothing useful from this at all and felt patronised by being told constantly to book a workshop, visit the website or put some effort in. Please don't bother with this, unless you are a complete emotional masochist.
