Amazing

Great book to help with sleep and snoring

So I picked up this book selfishly because my husband of over 15 years snores so much when we go to bed. He often goes to bed later than me, but as soon as he enters the room, he tries to start a conversation with me, awakening me from my sleep (I am a light sleeper), and then he immediately falls asleep and starts snoring. Then, I am never able to get back to sleep because the snoring is so loud. I often times crawl into one of the kids' beds or sleep in the spare bedroom in order to get enough sleep. I even bought one of those fancy mouth guards, which he refuses to use. I am hoping that the tips and recommendations in this book can help. I am making my husband listen to it for sure!!!
