Summary

Ok but disjointed
I quite like John Land as an author but this hasn’t really aged well. His main character is trying to be a rebellious James Bond type. As too frequent now the narration flips between ok and poor. All said worth a listen but not the best.

A great story and plot
It is a great story and plot and a very believable main character my only criticism is maybe that the reader sometimes gets a near robotic voice which distracts and even irritates but all in all I thouroughly enjoyed it

Great descriptions
Good story. enjoyed it a lot.
the readers voice kept changing speed which was odd and unnecessary. he was trying to create atmosphere but it didn't work. became annoying. would have switched the story off but it was so good I had to tolerate the reader.

Best book Iv read in a while
Loved it all the way through, it’s action packed from start to finish. I though the voice actor made the Indian men sound like there was something wrong with him however I found it quite amusing.

It passed the time but not the best
I enjoyed this up to a point but the story lacks credibility and in places I found the narrator quite irritating. This is of course very personal and someone else may not mind him at all. Altogether it passed a few days' worth of commutes and made them more enjoyable. Would I go back for more? Probably not.
