It's never too late to find yourself.

Best friends Agnes and Bea decide to embark on one last adventure before their adult lives begin.

For Agnes's mother Florence, a fresh chapter is starting as her youngest flies the nest and her marriage settles into a new routine. But she can't help feeling that something is missing.

As Agnes travels to London and Florence follows her heart to Europe, both will discover a world of possibilities they never could have dreamed of.

Because wherever you are in life, there is always time to finally become the person you were always meant to be.

Great story but..

Would have been even better had Emma narrated it herself. I’ve listened to all her other books and her narration is excellent, and I think this would be better with her reading it.

Beautiful Book

I've always loved Emma Kennedy's work and this book is no exception. It may be labelled as "women's fiction" but I think anyone can appreciate the storyline, the complex main characters and relate to their lives and feelings. Highly recommended

Delightful read

Extremely well narrated by Juliet Stevenson; really enjoyable. I've never read any other novels by Emma Kennedy but would certainly be interested after listening to The Never Ending Summer.
The story is one of friendship, family, innocence, adventure & discovery; superbly written, it is a light, extremely funny in parts & thoroughly recommended.

Fabulous

I’ve read or listened to all Emma’s books and loved them and I have loved The Never ending summer just as much. I’ve laughed, cried and been very cross but mostly I’ve smiled.. a lot! I laughed out loud when Agnes had opted for Black Forrest gateaux, as it’s always been my favourite. Juliet’s narration was great. Thanks Emma, I look forward to your next book.

Very disappointing

Having just finished Letters from Brenda which was stunning, I thought I’d keep listening to Emma Kennedy, as generally I have really enjoyed her books but this story is very dull with annoying narration. Pity but gets the thumbs down from me.
